I am writing to tell thank Dr. Shushan and the wonderful staff at TOSMS for helping me to live a better quality of life. I was referred to Dr. Shushan due to wrist and arm pain in 2012. He listened to me and helped me explore my medical options. He utilized non invasive treatments until surgery was necessary. Dr. Shushan removed a ganglion cyst from my wrist and my healing time was very minimal. It has been only three and a half months since my surgery and I am able to do all of the activities that I had been previously unable to do. When it comes to customer service this facility was second to none. Scheduling was easy and I never had to wait more than a day if I was in a lot of pain. The staff was quick to return any message I left and Dr. Shushan himself called to check on me post op. I wish that Dr. Shushan was a primary care provider as he is a doctor a patient can feel comfortable with and trust. Thanks again to everyone for making my treatment as easy as possible for me!! I just spoke with the husband of a patient of yours (who wishes to remain anonymous) who made a $10,000 gift to AAMC thanks to the wonderful treatment you provided to his wife. He said you not only gave great care, but you had an excellent attitude toward her recovery and remained emotionally supportive of his wife through the whole process. She came to AAMC with a broken left patella, and you were her surgeon. She also had a great experience with our ED & PT departments.
Happy Holidays to you and your family and thank you SO very much for the excellent, compassionate care you provide to your patients. It is because of people like you that our community chooses to support AAMC.

Dr. Morganti performed a bankart repair on my left shoulder in 2005, making this year the 10th anniversary. I wanted to write and say thanks for the surgery. The shoulder has never come out again, even when being pulled up by the left arm back onto a bridge in Africa (I was repelling for fun in a canyon), or working construction. So, in short, thank you Dr. Morganti. I hope this message finds you well, Samuel
Dear Dr. Ove:
I am writing to say thank you for the excellent care you have given me since I limped into your office on November 12, 2012, with what turned out to be a torn meniscus in my right knee.
Pam has no doubt told you that, happily, my knee is doing a whole lot better. I realized late last week (after I had already had the pre-op testing done) that I wasn't in pain, and gave Pam a call. I tested things out this past weekend by taking several 45-minute walks, going up and down stairs normally, etc. I spoke with Pam again this morning, and she has cancelled the surgery schedule for January 9th.
Needless to say, I am quite relieved that the physical therapy and home exercises seem to have finally kicked in. I will keep up the home exercises and continue to work with the personal trainer I see.
I am very grateful to you for your wise counsel and your try-everything-but-surgery approach. I hope not to have to see you for awhile, but I will certainly be in touch if the knee starts bothering me again.

Please thank Julia and Dr. Faust, for being so patient with me, and for doing a great job ... my knee is fine, and I'm playing tennis, golf, and pickle ball regularly, pain free!
I want to thank Dr. Chad Patton and his supporting staff for a very positive experience in dealing with a lower back problem. There was less than 24-hours between the time my MRI was read and the back surgery was performed. The pain relief was immediate! I was walking the next day. Dr. Patton caring and professional skills are a great credit to the OSMS organization. I am one grateful patient.
Dear Dr. Brassard,
I should have written this months ago. I didn't, but I won't let another day go by without thanking you for the "craftsmanship" of my knee replacement. Everything, from entering the hospital to completing P.T. in August ran like clockwork. I never worried about what had to happen when because I was well prepared by you and your office. My questions were answered quickly and in a way I understood by your precious office assistant. I am so pleased with the replacement-the scar is a ribbon, movement is pain free and I'm able to put more stress on it to give my left knee a break. It's hard to say I look forward to having the left knee replaced, but having the hindsight of one knee out of the way and the comfort of knowing you will be performing it eases my mind greatly!
