Kelly Garner, CRNP
Kelly Garner, CRNP joined the practice in 2017 and is a Nurse Practitioner in the HandToday program. The HandToday program provides same day appointments for patients suffering with non-emergent hand, wrist and upper extremity problems. This program was developed to provide high quality care with quick access, intended for patients of all ages through an initial evaluation performed by the Nurse practitioner. Kelly works collaboratively with the entire Hand and Upper Extremity Team.
Kelly graduated from the University of Maryland and received a Bachelor’s of Science in Public Health. She then attended Marymount University, where she graduated with honors with a Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing and later, her Masters in Science as a Family Nurse Practitioner. As a nurse, she worked at Washington Hospital Center for over 5 years on the Orthopedic and Trauma unit. During her clinical rotations as a nurse practitioner, Kelly completed a specialized Orthopedic Spine practicum which further solidified her desire in treating spine disorders. Kelly is board certified by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners.
Kelly is a native Marylander. She grew up in Annapolis and attended Archbishop Spalding High school. She now resides here with her husband and two children.
